Coffee - Smoked Paprika - Oregano
A smokey, full-bodied seasoning blend.
Use this seasoning to flavour your next beef dish. Try rubbed into a quality scotch fillet on the BBQ, on a simple topside Sunday roast as a crust, or through a traditional meatball.
Heat level: mild.
RECIPE SUGGESTION:
Take a large sourdough loaf and cut into chunky slices. Spread with your favourite mustard and fill with cheese, salad greens, sliced pickles, sauerkraut and aioli. Pan sear a scotch beef fillet coated generously in the Wild Fennel Co. Beef Seasoning and cook to your desired temperature. Rest for 5 minutes, slice and load your sandwich.
